As Décor Trader primarily supplies commercial and project-based flooring and interior surface solutions, returns and product queries are handled on a project and product-specific basis.

Any product concerns, damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within a reasonable period after delivery.

Returns may be subject to supplier approval, product condition, and applicable handling or restocking considerations.

Custom, special-order, and project-specific products may not qualify for return.
