Mapei Ultraplan Eco is a professional self-levelling smoothing compound designed for levelling and smoothing interior subfloors prior to the installation of floor coverings. Suitable for application thicknesses from 1mm to 10mm, this high-performance levelling compound delivers excellent self-levelling properties, strong adhesion, and rapid drying performance for commercial and residential flooring projects.

Engineered for areas requiring excellent resistance to traffic and loads, Ultraplan Eco is particularly suitable for environments exposed to wheeled traffic such as office chairs and trolleys.

Its ultra-fast hardening formulation allows ceramic floor coverings to be installed after approximately 3 hours and resilient or wooden flooring after approximately 12 hours under suitable conditions.

At 3mm thickness, one 23kg bag covers approximately 4.8m².

Installation Overview

• Substrates must be dry, structurally sound, and free from dust, oil, paint, wax, gypsum, and loose material prior to application.
• Mix one 23kg bag with approximately 5.6 litres of clean water using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous lump-free consistency is achieved.
• Apply using a steel trowel or suitable levelling rake to the required thickness.
• Professional installation is recommended for commercial flooring applications.
