Supply and install Gerflor Taralay Emotion heterogeneous vinyl sheet flooring, 2.0 mm thick x 2.0 m wide, incorporating a 0.7 mm transparent PVC wear layer with Protecsol® surface treatment and Group T abrasion resistance, including all cutting and waste. Flooring to be installed using approved Mapei adhesive systems including Mapei V4SP acrylic adhesive applied with an A2 notched trowel to a Class 1 subfloor prepared in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Subfloor preparation to include Mapei Eco Prim Grip moisture barrier where moisture content exceeds 3%, together with Mapei Primer Grip White bonding primer and Mapei self-levelling compounds where required. Sheeting shall be rolled in both directions using an articulated three-sectional metal roller weighing 68 kg after installation. All joints shall be butt-jointed, grooved and heat welded using matching welding rod. Upon completion, the floor shall be thoroughly deep cleaned and buffed. Installation to be carried out by an approved and accredited Gerflor installer.
